
The YMCA is a recognized leader in the field of health and wellness and offers a
wide variety of programs to meet your needs and help you achieve and maintain a
healthy lifestyle.
Each of our facilities has an assortment of cardiovascular equipment, strength training
equipment, free weights and many different types of group exercise classes for land
and water. Our trained and courteous fitness staff are always available to help
you establish your personal goals and design an exercise program to help you reach
those goals. The YMCA facilities offer a comfortable and supportive atmosphere.
Five of our branches (Downtown, Edmond, Earlywine Park, North Side and Midwest City)
also feature the FitLinxx interactive workout system to record your workouts and
assist you in using proper technique. The Bethany branch offers an online connection
to FitLinxx so members can keep track of their workouts in that way. The Personal
Fitness Program is available to help participants set realistic goals, tailor their
workout program, and receive ongoing encouragement.
