Child Development Center

Kids are our future! Strengthening our communities and developing our youth are two very important works of the Y. We know that families are on the go today, and because of that we operate a Child Development Center, providing  quality care for your child based on our four values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Here, children learn values and positive behaviors, and can explore their unique talents and interests, helping them realize their potential. That makes for confident kids today and contributing and engaged adults tomorrow.

Our center is nationally accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children and licensed by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. Our qualified staff is selected for their educational background, teaching experience, pre-school and early childhood training and sensitivity to the individual needs of the your child. Each of staff members also undergoes a thorough background check and are trained in CPR, AED, First Aid, and Supplemental Oxygen.

Early Childhood and Pre-School

The Child Development Center accepts children from six weeks of age up to 5 years of age. We offer full-day pre-school and kindergarten programs. Staff is selected for their educational background, teaching experience, pre-school and early childhood training and sensitivity to the individual needs of the young child. Each of our staff members undergoes a thorough background check, and all personnel are trained in CPR, AED, First Aid and Supplemental Oxygen.
