The Bethany YMCA is more than just a place to workout, it is a place for the whole family to experience and enjoy an active lifestyle. Facility Tours

Facility tours are available during our hours of operation and are open to the public. No appointments necessary.

Facility Access

We welcome everyone in the YMCA. To help better security for our facility, all members entering the facility need to check in and have their card swiped by a Y staff member. A guest or non-member of the YMCA is required to fill out a guest form and show a photo ID before they are allowed to enter the facility.

City Wide Access

Once you have joined the Bethany YMCA you are a member off all 10 Oklahoma City branches.

AWAY Program (Always Welcome at the YMCAs)

The Bethany YMCA is a participating member of the AWAY member program. The AWAY program allows you to visit YMCA’s throughout the country. AWAY member rules will vary from city to city so it is a good idea to check with the facility you will be visiting to find out their AWAY member procedures.

Guest Entry

Members 16 years of age and older may bring in one guest. An individual may only be a guest once every six months and they are required to show a photo ID and fill out a guest information sheet. Guest are not allowed Mon-Wed-Fri 11:30am to 2:30pm, Mon-Wed 7:00pm to 8:45pm and Sunday's 1:00pm to 3:45pm

Membership Cancellations

You are free to cancel your YMCA membership at any time. If you are on a monthly bank draft please remember to cancel your membership at least 7 days before your draft or you will have to pay for one more month of membership. You may pick-up a cancellation form from the Welcome Center staff.

Financial Assistance

The YMCA does not turn any individual away for inability to pay. Financial assistance is available to those individuals that need additional assistance for membership or Y programs. You may get a financial assistance application from any metro YMCA. Print the Scholarship Application now, click here.
