Older adult programming at the Bethany YMCA includes the Wellness Center and a variety of land- and water-based group exercise classes. The Bethany Y is also a participating location for the SilverSneakers® Fitness Program. Check with your health plan; it may include SilverSneakers® as part of your benefit package.
