The Chickasha Area YMCA originally opened as the Grady County YMCA in 1989, occupying a store front location in downtown Chickasha. In October of 2007, the branch became a member of the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City. The Chickasha Area YMCA serves the community of Chickasha as well as the surrounding communities of Amber, Pocasset, Verden, Ninnekah, Blanchard, Rush Springs, and Dibble.

The YMCA has a cardio theater room, free weight room, and machine strength equipment. The cardio room contains treadmills, stationary bikes, and eliptical machines all of which tune in to your favorite television program through built-in headphone jacks.

Other amenities include a full sized gymnasium, two racquetball courts, youth fitness center and group exercise studio.

Child Watch is available for member use for parents needing nursery care while utilizing the facility.

Programs available at the Chickasha Area YMCA are Youth Sports, Group Exercise, and Personal Training along with After School and Summer Camp Child Care.

Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm
Sunday 1:00-5:00pm
