What is YMCA Total Health Boot Camp?

 

 

The YMCA Total Health Boot Camp is a 3 day per week high impact, high energy workout that will push you to your limits on your workout.  Each workout includes cardio, endurance, strength, and agility training.  Along with the workout we keep track of your food and water intake during the month.  You will receive nutrition advice weekly, tips on how to improve your eating habits, and your weight will be monitored.  Body fat is measured with calipers at the beginning and end of the month, as well as your weight being monitored weekly on a digital scale.  Each member that completes boot camp will receive  a  boot camp survivor t-shirt and a reduction on their next Boot Camp session.

When:        Starts at the beginning of each month

Where:        E.L. Gaylord Downtown YMCA

When:           Tuesday & Thursday 5:30-6:30 a.m. or

                     Monday & Thursday 5:30-6:30 p.m.

              Both include a 7 a.m. Saturday workout

Cost:        $75 YMCA Members

                 $50 YMCA Member Boot Camp Veterans

                 $125 Non-Members
