Mark is nationally certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He specializes in hypertrophy (muscle building), weight loss, strength endurance, toning, core, and flexibility training. Additional certifications include YMCA Healthy Lifestyles, YMCA Strength & Conditioning, and YMCA Foundation of Group Exercise. Mark enjoys motivating his clients and teaching them how to develop a desire to make exercise a natural part of their lifestyles.

Abby has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion from Oklahoma State University.  She received her personal training

certification through the Cooper Institute (CI-CPT) in Dallas, TX in July of 2008. In April of 2009, she earned her group exercise

certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).  She has worked in the fitness industry for three years now

and loves every minute. Her specialties include strength training, speed and agility, general health and fitness.  Abby enjoys assisting

others with their health and fullness goals and feels there is no greater rewards then helping other learn how to commit to healthy living!  

 

Lauren is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has a Bachelor degree in

Kinesiologyfrom the University of Central Oklahoma.  She also hold YMCA Pilates instructor and YMCA Walk Reebok certifications. 

Lauren has a passionfor fitness and wellness and living an active lifestyle.  She likes to mix traditional exercise with new ideas to always

keep workouts fun and interesting for her clients.  She strives to help others meet their personal goals and to live healthier lifestyles.
