Health and Fitness
General Fitness Center Policy:
Individuals must be 12 years of age or older to utilize the Fitness Center. Those individuals, ages 12-14 must successfully complete the YMCA Youth Strength Training course before using the Fitness Center. There is a $10 fee for Youth Strength Training.
Appropriate attire is required: jeans, sandals and bare feet are not allowed.
Sign up at the front desk for your free fitness orientation with a fitness instructor to familiarize you with the cardio and strength equipment. This includes and individual program entered into a computer system, which captures your personal settings and allows you to track your progress towards a healthier lifestyle. All activities and workouts can also be tracked by registering on-line.

Land and Water Exercise Classes:
With no need to sign up ahead of time, you are free to join any class you choose.
Personal Training:
Certified personal trainers will create a program based on your unique needs and goals. Learn safe, proper, and effective training techniques from supportive staff that help you stay motivated to btain your goals.
Youth Fitlinxx:
Individuals 12-14 years of age may utilize the Fitness Center after successfully completing the YMCA Youth Strength Training course. There is a one-time fee of $10 to participate in this program.
