The Midwest City branch was organized in 1956, with construction of a facility 1960. Additions to the building were completed in 1967, 1979 and 1984. The branch serves the communities of Midwest City and Del City and extends services into all of eastern Oklahoma County.

The branch has a fitness and cardiovascular center complete with free weights, gymnasium, indoor pool, aerobics room, racquetball courts, a group cycling room, Kids Zone for youth 7 to 12, locker rooms and a multipurpose room. The fitness center has STRIVE strength training equipment, treadmills, bicycles, elliptical trainers and a complete set of Schwinn bikes for group cycling, along with the FitLinxx interactive workout system. A child watch center is available for short-term childcare for parents who are exercising. A wide variety of group exercise classes are held throughout the week, including aerobics and water exercise.

Programs of the Midwest City YMCA include school age childcare, summer day camp, youth sports and swim lessons.

Monday-Friday  5:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
